As players you have two health tracks.
Physical damge: This is bullets, knifings, fireballs, etc. Stuff that will kill you. It is equal to 8 + 1/2 your body.
Stun damage: gel rounds, clubs, stuns pells. It hurts, but is unlikely to kill you. It is equal to 8 + 1/2 your Willpower.
Damage modifiers: every 3 boxes (or portion thereof) is a -1 penalty to nearly all your rolls. The effects are culumative. If you have 3 stun damage and 5 physical damage you take a -3 penalty.
Overflow: If stun fill up you fall unconsious, any further stun damage becomes physical. If your physical fill up you fall unconsious. If your overflow = your body you die. If your physical overflows you continue to take 1 box of damage every (body) rounds until you die or are stabalized.

The only stun damage that does NOT overflow comes from Tranq patches.
